Ningbo Minbang New Material Co., Ltd. · Founded 2015
Flexible Stone Panel Manufacturer in Ningbo, China
Two plants in Ningbo and Shaoxing, Zhejiang, run the whole chain in-house: mineral preparation, sheet forming, surface texturing, cutting, quality control and export packing. No step is outsourced, so thickness tolerance and batch consistency are ours to answer for — not a subcontractor’s.
Why our panels run thicker than the market standard
When we started in 2015, most flexible stone on the market ran 2–3 mm thick. It looked clean in a sample book and chipped in the carton. Thin edges crack in transit, telegraph the substrate across a large wall, and tear under the trowel during installation. We learned that from returned panels and from site complaints in the early years.
So the standard 1200×600 mm sheet runs 3 ± 0.3 mm, and the big panels start at 4 ± 0.5 mm. A square metre weighs from 6 kg — against roughly 80 kg for 30 mm quarried stone cladding of the same area. Light enough for high-rise facades without mechanical fixing; thick enough to survive handling, transport and a full season on a south-facing wall. Our engineer sets out the reasoning in five technical checkpoints.
What we make
Four series share one mineral base. Around 80 stone and wood-grain textures ship from stock; 500+ printed colours and custom textures are produced against a physical sample or a Pantone reference.
Flexible Stone Series
Travertine, marble, slate and shale. The mainstream choice for commercial interiors and facade renovation.
Flexible Special Texture Series
Rammed earth, carved timber, crater and aggregate reliefs. Moulded depth for feature walls.
Flexible Art Tile Series
500+ printed patterns in inorganic ink, stable indoors and out. Custom colour matching available.
Gilded Series
Metal-leaf finishes that read as solid metal panel at a fraction of the weight.
Who buys from us
Distributors, contractors and project buyers in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. There is no minimum order: most styles keep about 1,000 m² in stock, ship within 14 days, and leave the plant with CE, SABER, BSCI and SGS documentation behind them.
Anyone can claim to be a manufacturer. Walk the factory tour, open the test reports, or come to Zhejiang and see the line yourself — visits are arranged through the inquiry page.

Questions buyers ask before the first order
Is Minbang a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Ningbo Minbang New Material Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015 and runs two plants in Ningbo and Shaoxing, Zhejiang, with mineral preparation, sheet forming, texturing, cutting and packing all in-house.
Where are the panels made, and how much can you supply?
Both plants are in Zhejiang Province, China, with a combined capacity of 200,000 m² per month. Most styles hold about 1,000 m² in stock for immediate shipment.
What is the minimum order and the lead time?
No minimum order. Stocked styles typically ship within 14 days; single-style orders below 500 m² carry a plywood crate packing fee for export-grade protection.
Which certificates back the panels?
CE, SABER, BSCI, SGS and Intertek reports, with fire classification EN 13501-1 A2-S1,d0. Density is 1,920 kg/m³ to ASTM C97 and water absorption 5.41%. The reports themselves are on the certificates page.

Wholesale and project buyers are welcome at both plants. Send the project type and location and we will recommend a series, quote it and attach the matching reports.
