Metal Line Panel
Fluted metal, 2950 × 1180. The strips are cut rather than pressed, so the edge stays sharp and the shadow between them is a real shadow, not a printed line.

Ten colours on four ground finishes: silver white, silver, dark grey, metal black, green, golden, pink, champagne, dark red and bronze. The gold ones are the ones that get specified, and the black is the one that sells once a designer has seen it in a dark room.
The metal is a foil bonded to a mineral board, not a steel pressing. It will not take a weld, it will not ring when you knock it, and it will not dent the way a car door dents. What it will do is cover a curved reception desk in an afternoon, which is the job a fluted metal panel usually cannot do.
Cut, not pressed
Each strip is about 12 mm wide with a chamfered shoulder, cut into the mould so the depth stays constant across the sheet. That is why the shadow line holds up under grazing light, where a pressed profile flattens out.

Good for
- Reception desks, bar fronts and lift lobbies
- Curved columns and radiused counters, where real fluted steel needs a fabricator
- Retail displays and exhibition stands that get built and struck in a week
- Ceilings, because the sheet is light enough to hang
Not for
- External soffits in coastal salt spray, unless the foil grade is specified
- Anywhere a weld or a structural fixing is expected
- Deep scratches: the foil is thin and does not polish out
Ten colours, four grounds
The four catalogue codes — 15, 23, 35 and 71 — are the four ground finishes, and each one runs across the colour card. 15 is the brushed gold, 23 the silver-grey, 35 the warm champagne, 71 the cool silver. The colour dots below are the full range.

Questions we get asked
Is this real metal?
A metal foil, bonded to a mineral board. The look and the lustre are metal; the structure is not. That is why it bends and why it weighs 7 kg per square metre instead of 20.
Will the gold fade outdoors?
The standard foil is rated for interior use and covered external soffits. For full sun, ask for the exterior grade foil, which carries a fluoropolymer top coat.
How wide should the strips read on a wall?
At 12 mm they read as a fine fluting from three metres and as individual strips up close. On a very tall wall, run them vertically; on a low ceiling, run them across the short dimension.
Why is the sheet 2950 × 1180 and not 1200 × 3000?
Because the mould is. It is also a useful size for a lift, since 1180 mm clears a standard door frame diagonally.
Can it go over tile?
Yes, with an adhesive suitable for the existing surface, provided the tile is sound and the grout lines are filled flush first.
Do you do matching trims?
Internal and external corner pieces in the same foil, 2950 mm long. Ask for them with the panel order, because they are made in the same batch.
